Shipping Policy At LeadPaintEPAsupplies we proudly use FedEx Ground And FedEx Home Delivery as our primary shipping agent.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  We pride ourselves in shipping your merchandise as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours and most times even quicker.  If we ever find that we have a out of stock situation we will notify you as quickly as possible so you have the option to wait for the item to return to an in-stock status or to cancel the order.  In some rare situations we do use a drop shipping method in conjunction with some of our merchandising partners which means that some times items may be shipped by UPS.  If this occurs you will be notified and again notified with a tracking number the same as you would be with our FedEx services.  Any difference in the cost of shipping would be handled by LeadPaintEPAsupplies.com.  We encourage you to email (LeadPaintEPAsupplies@gmail.com) or call us (610) 905-5640 with any questions you may have.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do also offer some methods of quicker shipping through FedEx on our checkout screen, please remember that any stated times for delivery are from the time that your package has been delivered at the local FedEx Office Store, We generally will ship it the same day as long as their is not a out of stock situation which once again is rare and we would notify you immediately of this.  Please be remember that the shipping destination time line is based on when the package actually is delivered to the courier.  If the product has a lead time (for example of 2-4 days), this would mean that the shipment could ship at the latest in 4 days and then the shipping destinatin timing would begin when the item is shipped.  In many cases express shipping is not necessary and itmes will get there in about the same time with in a day or so.  Any questions should be directed to LeadPaintEPAsupplies.com at LeadPaintEPAsupplies@gmail.com  

Returns PolicyAt LeadPaintEPAsupplies.com You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund as long as they are in original packaging and still in a new condition. We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).  If you have purchased a item and decided to return it you will be resposbile for the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee on the merchandise cost. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
